Hey parents – it’s that time of year again. Sports physicals are back and they are easier than ever here at Ultimate Health Medical Clinic in Littleton.
Our team has been doing sports physicals for local high school and middle school students for years, and we love connecting with these student athletes.
Sports physicals are only $30, and booking an appointment is easy. You can book your appointment online or give us a call at 303.904.0331.
Getting your sports physical in our Littleton office also benefits your school. For every school enrolled with us, we give back $10 to your program.
